What is the delivery time of your products?

We take two to three weeks to deliver them.

Where do your products come from?

Our offices are located in Toulouse, France. Our international warehouse is located in China.

Do you provide product tracking information?

Yes, wait 3 days after your order and you can track it on the site. If you have any problem, contact us by email at twoworldsoff@gmail.com.

Some items are missing from my order, what's going on?

Our products are shipped separately based on your order. If your order contains items from two different warehouses, there will be two deliveries. The rest of the order will likely arrive shortly.

I received a damaged item. What can I do ?

We're sorry about that. Just send us a photo of the damaged item to the following email address: twoworldsoff@gmail.com. We will send you a similar replacement item or refund you as soon as possible.

I still have not received my order. What's taking so long?

We apologize for this delay. Sometimes international shipments take longer than expected due to customs formalities. However, you can track your order and see where it is at any time. We do our best to resolve any issues our customers may have with their online items. If you nevertheless wish to obtain a refund of your order, we can of course complete the payment, provided that the appeal is made within 15 days of the date of the order and that the product(s) in question are not (nt) not exhausted.
